Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after your return is received and inspected.
Exchanges
If you prefer, we will gladly send a replacement product instead of a refund once the defective item is returned.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than product defect or damage.
